Teams at YETI

Supports YETI specialty dealer accounts through inside sales, customer service, order and product assistance, account issue resolution, sales operations, case monitoring, and cross-functional coordination. Responds to customer inquiries, manages order and fulfillment updates, supports credit and account matters, and assists Sales Representatives with account execution. The role is remote but based in New York City and is suited to candidates with 0–2 years of inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience.
