Teams at YOUNG WOMENS CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK

Provide operational and compliance support to a multi-site out-of-school-time program: manage site logistics, maintain compliance and staff records, support hiring/onboarding, track data and budgets, coordinate family/school engagement, vendor relations, and assist Project Manager with reporting and special projects.

Lead after-school groups for elementary/middle students: provide homework help and tutoring, implement SEL and STEM activities, supervise safety, maintain attendance and records, communicate with families and school staff, support events and required professional development.

Develop and oversee standards-aligned, thematic after-school curricula using UbD and project-based learning; train and coach staff, conduct observations and assessments, plan culminating events, collaborate with schools and partners, and ensure programs integrate SEL, restorative practices, and equity principles.
