The role involves working with stakeholders to define goals and requirements, coordinating project delivery, and preparing documentation while ensuring timely communication and collaboration across teams.

Perform routine audits and record reviews of patient and member files, extract and enter data for quality scorecards, support regulatory audit prep (CMS/DOH/NCQA HEDIS), identify documentation gaps, maintain tracking logs and basic reports, and collaborate with clinical and care teams to resolve documentation issues.

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery for Investment Management, ensuring objectives are met while managing resources and client engagement, including reporting and governance.
