The Director of Sales Strategy will lead revenue growth initiatives, mentor teams, collaborate with executives, and drive enterprise transformations.

Embed with strategic customers to lead end-to-end deployments of AI agents and LLM workflows. Scope, design, code custom integrations, configure RAG architectures, troubleshoot escalations, and bridge customer IT with product engineering to ensure production rollouts and measurable ROI.

Lead technical presales engagements to assess customer challenges, architect AI-driven CX/ES solutions, design pilots and proofs of value, integrate systems via APIs and cloud platforms, measure AI performance and ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and influence product roadmap.

Lead and scale an AI Success organization (15–30 people) to drive AI product adoption, improve retention/expansion (GRR/NRR), build forecasting and predictive health models, create cross-functional playbooks and responsible-AI governance, and own executive engagement and portfolio-level commercial outcomes.
