Teams at Zero Studios

Supports the daily operation and presentation of a Brooklyn creative studio. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining shared spaces, greeting visitors, coordinating hospitality and events, managing supplies and mail, arranging facility services, completing errands, and providing administrative support for onboarding, offboarding, schedules, inventories, and studio inquiries. This fully onsite role requires dependable communication, organization, attention to detail, and a flexible service-oriented approach.

Manage multiple concurrent marketing and social media projects for client accounts. Responsibilities include developing project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, scopes, and resource plans; coordinating multidisciplinary teams; facilitating meetings and client check-ins; tracking progress and risks; managing feedback and approvals; and ensuring deliverables meet quality and client expectations.
