Lead end-to-end creative content production and social strategy across photography, video, and experiential work. Manage budgets, vendors, timelines, client relationships, and mentor teams while developing production processes and supporting new business.

Develops social-first brand strategies, visual identities, campaigns, paid ads, and content for diverse brands. Responsibilities include research, competitive audits, art direction, typography, layout, presentations, client collaboration, and partnering with copywriters, strategists, creative directors, project managers, photographers, and illustrators. The designer manages deadlines, ensures work meets brand and business goals, and creates culturally relevant visual communications across digital and marketing channels.

Create social-first photo and short-form video content (primarily iPhone) for clients across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Collaborate on strategy, shot lists, on-day capture, and post-shoot editing, monitor trends and performance, and ensure on-brand art direction and styling while working with cross-disciplinary teams.
