Manage property insurance client relationships from onboarding through renewal, drive product adoption, connect usage to measurable outcomes, monitor client health, and identify expansion opportunities. Build relationships with underwriters, analysts, and product stakeholders while coordinating cross-functional support and conveying client feedback internally. The role requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and client management skills, plus the ability to learn insurance workflows, analytics, and AI-driven products.
