Teams at Zip Security

Own customer onboarding, deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization for a cybersecurity platform. Build repeatable customer lifecycle processes, success metrics, playbooks, documentation, and enablement programs. Monitor customer health, resolve adoption blockers, coordinate technical implementations, and translate customer feedback for Product and Engineering. Help establish and grow Zip Security’s Customer Success function, including hiring and developing future team members.

Own day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, billing, payroll, revenue accounting, financial reporting, and monthly and quarterly close. Partner with the fractional CFO and cross-functional teams on commissions, internal controls, tax, audit, treasury, and operational finance initiatives. Build scalable accounting processes, manage finance systems, and support leadership, investor, and Board reporting in a fast-growing environment.

Own and scale Zip Security’s partner program by qualifying inbound vCISO, compliance, and audit firms; onboarding and enabling Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners; and developing relationships, cadences, and accountability to convert partners into consistent Tier 1 advocates. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales to solve partner needs and meet activation and conversion targets.
