Teams at Zip

Lead strategic oversight of Zips largest, most complex enterprise implementations. Define scalable delivery methodologies and governance, mentor and develop implementation leaders, partner with cross-functional executives, and implement project health, risk escalation, and quality standards to ensure successful global deployments and strong customer outcomes.

Lead Business Intelligence and GTM Data Science to define Zip's data strategy, build a single source of truth and executive/GTM dashboards, enable AI data foundations, partner with Product Data Engineering, hire and scale the analytics team, and deliver automated executive and board reporting.

The role involves closing technology SaaS sales at the enterprise level, advising prospects, using sales intelligence tools, and participating in shaping the sales process.
