Lead recruiting strategy for Sales, Customer Experience, RevOps, Account Management, and Enablement teams. Partner with executives on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, talent pipelines, and hiring profiles. Manage and develop a team of recruiters, oversee leadership searches, improve structured interview processes, and optimize recruiting operations. Analyze ATS and funnel metrics, including pipeline velocity, conversion rates, source mix, and offer acceptance, to improve hiring outcomes and support revenue growth.

Own the success of a portfolio of enterprise healthcare customers, serving as a strategic advisor and managing ongoing relationships. Use performance data to improve adoption, utilization, and ROI; identify commercial opportunities; lead product and strategic conversations; and coordinate with sales, support, technical services, and product teams to solve complex challenges and deliver scalable customer outcomes.
