Provides onsite Level 2 desktop and end-user support across Windows and macOS environments. Troubleshoots software, hardware, mobile devices, printers, conferencing systems, and network-related issues; manages ServiceNow tickets, documentation, asset inventories, and equipment deployments. Supports reimaging, IMAC activities, smart hands tasks, VIP users, and multiple corporate and retail locations. Also trains staff and maintains ownership of incidents through resolution.

Designs, implements, and supports integrations between Siemens Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANA. Leads T4ST and PLMSI configuration, maps engineering and manufacturing BOMs, manages data migration and transformation, supports master data governance and change workflows, troubleshoots integration issues, and coordinates testing and deployment. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, ERP, and business stakeholders while producing technical documentation and recommending PLM and ERP process improvements.

Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains Java-based eCommerce systems, web applications, payment-processing integrations, APIs, and distributed infrastructure. The role also builds AI and machine-learning tools for transactional and operational data analysis. Responsibilities include architecture evaluation, performance tuning, security and PCI DSS compliance, testing, documentation, CI/CD maintenance, troubleshooting, and Agile collaboration.
