Own enterprise account expansion across targeted $100M–$1B+ customers by managing complex SaaS sales cycles, identifying cross-sell opportunities, exceeding quotas and renewal targets, forecasting territory performance, and building executive relationships. The role partners with marketing, product, customer service, and implementation teams to drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and recurring revenue growth.

Lead the global payments ecosystem, manage processor integrations, optimize payment performance, and collaborate with various teams to deliver effective solutions.

Drive go-to-market reporting, business intelligence, forecasting, dashboard development, and ad hoc analysis. The role standardizes forecasting processes, maintains analytical documentation, automates reporting and data pipelines using AI-assisted tools, and delivers actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and executive stakeholders.

Partner with Account Executives as the payments subject-matter expert to assess customers' payment architecture, design multi-provider payment solutions, deliver technical demos and workshops, advise on payment optimization and resilience, support RFPs and POCs, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale payment solutions and influence product capabilities.
