The Enterprise Account Executive will manage $100M-$1B+ accounts, focusing on relationship-building, driving sales cycles, and expanding Zuora's footprint. Success involves exceeding sales quotas, collaborating across teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Advise existing enterprise customers on optimizing Zuora’s Quote-to-Revenue platform. Develop strategic roadmaps, lead workshops, review configurations and integrations, and recommend scalable improvements that increase operational efficiency, performance, ROI, and long-term customer value. The role requires deep expertise in Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ, ERP integrations, REST APIs, ETL patterns, revenue management, and enterprise solution architecture.

Drive go-to-market reporting, business intelligence, forecasting, dashboard development, and ad hoc analysis. The role standardizes forecasting processes, maintains analytical documentation, automates reporting and data pipelines using AI-assisted tools, and delivers actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
