Drive growth of commercial knife sharpening services across hospitality and food service sectors. Identify and close new business, manage client relationships, create tailored service programs, cross-sell products and services, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with sharpening specialists and regional managers. The role requires regional client visits, industry-event attendance, strong communication, independent work, and knowledge of culinary or food service environments.

Provides expert SAP SD, LE, and SCM functional analysis, configuration, solution design, integration support, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The role supports order-to-cash and logistics processes, including pricing, deliveries, billing, shipping, transportation, warehouse operations, IDocs, EDI, and external integrations. It partners with business, logistics, sales, finance, and development teams while leading SAP projects, enhancements, deployments, documentation, training, and process optimization.
