We need an English-fluent Frontend Developer (WordPress), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
Build and deploy new website pages, landing pages, and microsites using WordPress page builders (Elementor is our primary tool; WP Bakery on legacy sites)
Execute full site redesigns and template development within WordPress, including global styles, header/footer, and reusable section templates
Ensure all pages are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints
Troubleshoot and resolve layout issues, broken elements, carousel/slider bugs, and font rendering problems
Write custom CSS and basic HTML/JavaScript to extend page builder capabilities beyond default settings
Manage the make-live and staging-to-production workflow across multiple client sites
Maintain mobile navigation structures (including dropdown/mega menu development)
Lay out blog posts following established client brand templates (high volume - typically 15–25 blog posts per month across all accounts)
Create email newsletters and campaign emails with proper dark mode compatibility and cross-client rendering based on supplied design and branding
Create and update data visualization elements (charts, comparison tables) within client websites
Build web-based calculators and interactive tools (examples: ROI calculators, cost estimators, maintenance planners)
Implement and test forms across landing pages and campaign pages
Execute SEO-related edits (meta updates, alt text, heading structure, internal linking fixes)
Update conference/event site content including schedules, speaker pages, registration flows, and sponsor carousels
Participate in daily production standup meetings (15–30 min)
Manage task queues across 12–15 simultaneous client accounts
Communicate progress and blockers proactively via team collaboration tools
Follow established brand guidelines and design standards for each client
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Software Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience working as a Web Developer, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of design principles and eye for detail. Offer creative suggestions to assigned projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience with Live WordPress websites; Mobile responsiveness; and Evidence of page builder work.
- Proven work experience using WordPress and Elementor - Must be able to independently build complete, responsive web pages from a design brief or mockup using Elementor.
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS3 - Comfortable writing custom CSS to override theme styles, fix responsive issues, and implement design details that page builders alone cannot achieve.
- Understanding of box model, flexbox, media queries, and browser dev tools for debugging.
- Experience working with Bootstrap framework.
- Experience delivering Responsive/mobile-first design - Every page this person builds must work flawlessly on mobile
Strongly Preferred:
Experience with WP Bakery.
Basic JavaScript (enough to troubleshoot interactive elements, carousels, and form behavior).
Familiarity with structured data/schema markup.
Experience with Adobe InDesign for print collateral.
Email HTML build experience (newsletter design and build, including dark mode testing).
HubSpot CMS or HubSpot email template experience.
Experience working within a marketing agency, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Understanding of SEO basics (heading hierarchy, alt text, meta descriptions, internal linking).
Familiarity with staging/production deployment workflows.
It's a Plus:
Experience building interactive web-based tools (calculators, configurators, ROI tools).
Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
PHP basics (enough to work with WordPress child themes and minor template customizations).
Comfort with AI-assisted design and development tools (Adobe Firefly, GitHub Copilot, Figma AI features).
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
