1140 - Lead Developer / Architect Web3

We need an English-proficient PART-TIME Lead Developer / Architect Web3, based in no, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own the technical architecture of the platform and guide key build decisions

• Lead and orchestrate the existing development team through sprint cycles

• Drive hands-on full-stack development alongside the team

• Implement and oversee wallet integrations, transaction safety, and security best practices on Solana

• Ensure game logic and mechanics (poker, slots, fantasy sports) are built to industry standards

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a lead developer or architect on production platforms, at least 2 years

• Strong full-stack development background, at least 2 years

• Solana experience (must-have)

• Experience in gaming — casino gaming, poker, or slots strongly preferred; solid understanding of how these games work

• Working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals (wallets, on-chain transactions, security) — deep blockchain expertise not required

• Excellent English communication skills

• Available part-time immediately; project-based with long-term ongoing potential

It's a plus:

• Rust and/or Anchor framework experience (Solana smart contracts)

• TypeScript/JavaScript with React or Next.js

• Experience with provably fair game mechanics / RNG systems

Compensation:

• The salary range offered for this part-time position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

• This position is for a part time contract, through a payroll platform.

• The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
