The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Early Careers Talent Marketing Intern to join our Human Capital Management/Campus Recruiting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract top early career talent to Schonfeld Strategic Advisors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for branding and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with young professionals.

What you’ll do

As an Early Careers Talent Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns to enhance the employer brand among early career professionals. This includes creating engaging content for social media and career websites, managing digital marketing efforts, and planning campus recruiting events. Additionally, you will ensure consistent branding across all materials and collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. In addition, you will work on:

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to enhance the employer brand among early career professionals
  • Align marketing efforts with recruitment goals and objectives
  • Develop engaging content for social media, career websites, and job boards
  • Produce promotional materials such as videos, blogs, and newsletters for internal and external platforms
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms
  • Utilize digital marketing tools to track and optimize campaign performance
  • Plan and execute campus recruiting events and webinars
  • Build relationships with universities and student organizations
  • Monitor industry trends to maintain a competitive employer brand
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support marketing initiatives

What you’ll need

  • To be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Interest in campus recruiting, human resources, or talent marketing functions
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Our Internship

The Schonfeld summer internship provides students with a unique opportunity to experience Schonfeld, our work, our people, and our culture.

Each summer intern will work on a tailored project that will provide them with real world experience.  We provide all interns with a dedicated mentor and manager to help them navigate the summer successfully. Interns will also participate in our learning program, the Sapphire: Summer Session, which aims to provide tangible skills training and education on various functions across the firm and in the workplace. Along with the hands-on guidance and support from managers and mentors, interns will participate in weekly networking events, engage with our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Alliance, attend panel discussions, and have many opportunities to get to know Schonfeld’s core values in practice.

The annual base pay for this role is expected to be between $45,000 and $52,000 which will be prorated based on internship start and end date. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications and experience and level of education.
