We are not building toward AI. We are already there - and we are ahead.

We're seeking an ABM lead to own the account-based marketing strategy for Atera's enterprise segment. Our mission is simple: generate a pipeline for sales.

Every campaign, every play, every account plan is measured by whether it creates and accelerates opportunities for our sales team. We're looking for someone who thinks like a business owner, not a program operator.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the ABM strategy and pipeline number for Atera's top target accounts, in lockstep with sales leadership
  • Architect a multi-tiered playbook: 1:1 plays for your biggest accounts, 1:few for key segments, 1:many for scaled reach
  • Build and run creative campaigns across LinkedIn, email, direct mail, gifting, events, and paid media, each one tailored to the account, not templated
  • Oversee the collaborative creation of bespoke content and high-impact messaging tailored to specific target account lists, industries, and/or executive personas across multiple channels
  • Map buying committees at enterprise accounts and build engagement plans that reach every stakeholder
  • Tier target accounts with sales, track engagement signals, and coordinate outreach on a regular cadence
  • Use AI to power research, personalization at scale, and signal analysis
  • Test relentlessly across audiences, messaging, and channels, then codify what wins into the playbook
  • Set the KPIs, build the dashboards, and report pipeline influence, deal acceleration, and ROI to leadership
Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B growth marketing experience, with 3+ years dedicated to ABM in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record building and scaling 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs that drive net-new ARR and expansion revenue
  • Experience generating pipeline for a sales organization - you've owned a number, built programs to hit it, and can speak to how your work created revenue opportunities
  • A track record partnering directly with enterprise sales teams as a strategic partner
  • Strong AI fluency: you use AI throughout your workflow and have a point of view on how it's changing ABM
  • Genuine curiosity about how AI is transforming enterprise software and the ability to translate that into compelling marketing narratives
  • Sharp with data: comfortable turning datasets into executive-ready insights and decisions
  • Strong storyteller and communicator, able to influence stakeholders and collaborate with senior leadership
  • Results-oriented, with a laser focus on revenue, deal velocity, and pipeline quality
  • Builder mentality: scrappy, creative, and adaptable, with the instincts to systematize what works
