Who We Are
BuildingLink is the platform residential communities run on. For more than 25 years we have helped condos, co-ops, HOAs, and multifamily properties operate their buildings, communicate with residents, and deliver a better living experience — with 96%+ client retention and a footprint across the US, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and the UK. New York is our largest and most dense market. Our growing product family includes core property-management software plus newer products such as TippingLink (digital staff tipping) and KeyLink.

What We’re Looking For
We are hiring an Account-Based Marketer to own revenue growth inside the Greater NYC market. We are seeking candidates on the East Coast. This is a hybrid, revenue-generating role: you will spend most of your time deepening and expanding our existing customer relationships — selling additional products and driving portfolio penetration — and the remainder winning new logos in the same market. You will run focused, account-based plays: research the account, engage the right decision-makers, and move revenue forward, working closely with Customer Success and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Expansion — 75%

  • Own a portfolio of existing BuildingLink accounts across Greater NYC and build account plans to grow revenue within each.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell of additional products and modules (e.g., TippingLink, KeyLink, add-ons) into existing communities and management companies.
  • Increase portfolio penetration — expand single-building relationships into full management-company portfolios.
  • Design and run account-based campaigns and direct outreach to property managers, board members, and management-company executives.
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion signals and coordinate timing, and with Sales on larger opportunities.
  • Keep account and pipeline data accurate and current in Salesforce and HubSpot.

New-Logo Acquisition — 25%

  • Generate and advance new-business opportunities within Greater NYC target accounts not yet on BuildingLink.
  • Build and execute account-based prospecting into priority buildings and management companies in the market.
  • Qualify new-logo opportunities and drive them forward, partnering with Account Executives where appropriate.

What Success Looks Like

  • First 90 days: know your book, the NYC market, and our product portfolio; have account plans built for your top expansion targets and a new-logo target list defined.
  • Ongoing: hit expansion revenue targets (cross-sell/upsell), grow portfolio penetration across managed accounts, and contribute new-logo revenue and qualified pipeline in the NYC market.

Requirements

About You

  • 3–5+ years in account-based marketing, account-based selling, customer expansion/account management, or field marketing — in B2B SaaS. Property management or proptech experience is a strong plus.
  • A track record of growing revenue inside existing accounts and generating new pipeline.
  • Strong knowledge of the Greater NYC market and the ability to build relationships with local property and management-company decision-makers.
  • Fluent in a CRM (Salesforce) and marketing/engagement tooling (HubSpot).
  • Direct, organized, and self-driven — able to run your own market remotely and prioritize where the revenue is.
