Role Overview:
As an Account Director, you will own a segment of existing RealSelf providers, with responsibility for maintaining and growing revenue while monitoring on-site performance to ensure providers are realizing value from their RealSelf investment. This role sits at the intersection of revenue retention, performance optimization, and strategic advisory, and is critical to helping providers turn RealSelf into a core patient acquisition channel.
You’ll manage a meaningful book of business, diagnose performance across marketplace and advertising products, and translate data into clear, persuasive recommendations that drive renewals, upsells, and long-term growth.

- Thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy collaborating with Product & Data teams to improve outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow a defined book of business through renewals, retention, and expansionAnalyze provider performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations during check-ins, QBRs, and retention / renewal conversations.
- Proactively identify risk, mitigate churn, and optimize provider performance within the RealSelf marketplace.
- Partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Data teams to drive growth and improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, ad sales, or performance-driven revenue rolesExperience managing and growing a meaningful book of business with revenue accountability.
- Comfort working with performance data, metrics, and benchmarks to influence customer decisions.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior decision-makers.
- A consultative mindset with the ability to balance relationship management and revenue outcomesHighly organized, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, ad tech, or performance marketing environments preferred.
