Account Executive, Strategic Sales – Horizon

What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive supporting one of our top partnerships, you’ll manage a defined portfolio of accounts and whitespace opportunities while helping expand Nexxen’s relationships with brands across the agency. You’ll grow your current foundational expertise in programmatic advertising, manage sales opportunities with guidance, and partner with senior sellers and cross-functional teams to deliver client value and grow revenue.

Each day can be different at Nexxen, but you can expect to:

  • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of Horizon accounts, retaining existing revenue and identifying net-new opportunities.

  • Prospect into Horizon clients and brands where Nexxen has limited or no existing business.

  • Build relationships across client and agency teams to expand Nexxen’s footprint.

  • Support and manage smaller RFPs and sales opportunities from discovery through close, with appropriate guidance.

  • Support account planning, proposals, presentations, and client meetings.

  • Partner with the senior seller on larger or more strategic Horizon opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Sales Planning, Client Services, Solutions, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to develop effective advertising solutions.

  • Build knowledge of Nexxen’s DSP, SSP, data, CTV, and programmatic capabilities; maintain accurate Salesforce records, support forecasting, and meet quarterly revenue goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, ad tech, or a related field.

  • Foundational understanding of digital advertising, programmatic media, CTV, and campaign metrics.

  • Experience with programmatic, CTV, video, data solutions, PMP opportunities, or supply path optimization.

  • Experience prospecting, building client relationships, and managing sales activity through a CRM.

  • Experience supporting client conversations, proposals, presentations, or RFPs.

  • Strong analytical, consultative, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organization, time management, follow-through, and attention to detail.

  • Curious, coachable, resilient, self-motivated, and collaborative, with a willingness to take initiative.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, including consistent in-office presence.

  • Energetic, can-do attitude — you enjoy engaging and entertaining clients while balancing that with being a trusted advisor to their business.

Extra Credit If You Bring

  • Existing relationships with Horizon or its clients.

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and identify improvements.

  • Interest in developing toward larger, more complex account and sales responsibilities.
