Job Summary: 

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our Prodevix team. This role focuses on securing new customers and expanding our market presence. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting software solutions, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business opportunities. 
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting how our software solutions meet their business needs. 
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their pain points and offering customized solutions. 
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing. 
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and close deals to secure new customers. 
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts, maximize sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and evolving customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. 
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. 


Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in software sales, with a focus on new customer acquisition. 
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. 
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software products, technology, and how software solutions can address business challenges. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. 
  • Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships. 
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required. 


Additional Skills (Preferred but not Required): 
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales. 
  • Understanding of industry verticals such as finance, healthcare, or retail. 
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques such as SPIN, Challenger Sales, or Consultative Selling. 
  • Experience working for start-up company or meeting sales goals for newly created products or software packages.
