Position Overview:
JSI is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to accelerate growth of its Tax & Regulatory Compliance Managed Services portfolio. This role is responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding relationships within existing accounts. The Account Executive partners across Sales, Consulting, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to deliver measurable recurring revenue growth.
JSI is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to accelerate growth of its Tax & Regulatory Compliance Managed Services portfolio. This role is responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding relationships within existing accounts. The Account Executive partners across Sales, Consulting, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to deliver measurable recurring revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, conferences, partner channels, marketing campaigns, and existing customer relationships.
- Own the complete sales cycle: discovery, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, pricing, Statements of Work, contract negotiation, and close.
- Expand wallet share through cross-selling TrackNow®, Taxient®, RegPro®, and related managed services.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecasts, opportunity notes, and next steps within NetSuite CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, webinars, trade shows, and thought leadership.
- Work closely with consultants, solution owners, and customer-facing 'Multipliers' to identify and advance opportunities.
- Represent JSI professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and association conferences.
- Travel as needed to support customer engagement and strategic account development.
Success Measures:
- Consistent attainment of bookings and recurring revenue goals.
- Healthy qualified pipeline with accurate forecast discipline.
- Growth within existing accounts through cross-selling and strategic account development.
- High CRM hygiene, timely follow-up, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong collaboration across JSI resulting in increased win rates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of consultative B2B sales, account management, business development, or managed services sales.
- Experience managing complex opportunities from prospecting through contract execution.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, proposal, and relationship-building skills.
- CRM proficiency (NetSuite preferred); experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Telecommunications, broadband, SaaS, regulatory compliance, or managed services experience preferred.
- Demonstrated curiosity and aptitude for AI-enabled selling, CRM automation, and modern commercial tools.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Approximately $75,000
· Variable Compensation: Approximately $35,000+ - Compensation aligned to monthly Orders / Total Contract Value (TCV) performance
- Additional incentive opportunities tied to helping drive broader JSI Professional Services and Business Unit growth
Work Environment:
- Preference for candidates located near key JSI operational hubs or major broadband markets
- Ability to travel periodically for customer meetings, conferences, and team collaboration
