New York is a key GTM hub for us, with a strong team focused on expanding our presence across financial services and driving new customer acquisition across North America.
As an Account Executive at ThetaRay, you will drive new business across banks, fintechs, and payment providers, owning the full sales cycle and closing complex deals ($80k–$1M+ ARR).
What you’ll work on:
- Driving new logo acquisition across banks, fintechs, and payment providers
- Managing end-to-end sales cycles from demo through to close
- Qualifying opportunities and understanding customer needs
- Delivering product demos and presenting value-driven solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships throughout the sales process
- Managing pipeline, forecasting, and activity in Salesforce
- Achieving quarterly revenue targets
- 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling financial crime, RegTech, fintech, or payments solutions
- Track record of closing $80k-$400k+ ARR deals
- Experience managing full sales cycles and multiple opportunities in parallel
- Experience selling via video conferencing (Zoom, Teams)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
- Proactive, self-starter mindset
- Additional languages are a plus
