● Set accurate expectations with providers on onboarding requirements, timelines, and
how to get started with WellHive.
● Manage the full opportunity lifecycle from initial demo through onboarding to Closed
Won.
● Partner cross-functionally with Provider Network Management (PNM) and external
partners to develop strategies that drive urgency and momentum with providers during
the onboarding stage.
● Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, and forecasts to support reliable
pipeline visibility.
Qualifications
● 2+ years of experience in a closing sales role, such as Account Executive or Business
Development, preferred.
● Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to manage multiple opportunities at different stages while maintaining attention to
detail.
● Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.
● Healthcare or SaaS experience is a plus.
Required
● 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales or closing role (healthcare or SaaS
experience preferred).

structured sales process.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex
solutions clearly and persuasively.
● Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and forecast accurately.
● Highly organized, with strong follow-through and accountability for outcomes.
● Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools).
Preferred
● Experience selling to healthcare providers, practices, or healthcare networks.
● Familiarity with the VA Community Care Network (CCN) or provider enrollment and
onboarding processes.
