About Finch

We believe every American household deserves access to counsel in life’s biggest moments. At Finch, we’re building the infrastructure to make justice radically more accessible. Our modern approach to consumer law automates the admin work and puts clients first, starting with personal injury.

In just over a year, we've grown 10x, raised a $20M Series A, and become the pre-litigation partner of choice for top personal injury firms across the country. We believe the best outcomes happen when expert operators and purpose-built AI work together – which is why we handle every step of pre-lit, from intake and claim opening to medical records, lien management, and demands, with humans leading every case.

We’re backed by Sequoia, Redpoint, and the founders & CEOs of generational companies like DoorDash, Ironclad, and Digits. We’re rebuilding how the law serves everyday Americans from first principles, and we’re hiring exceptional operators to help us scale it nationwide.

This Role

Finch has product-market fit and a pipeline that's growing faster than we can close it. We need an Account Executive who can own deals end-to-end — and help build the sales infrastructure around them. If you want your work to directly shape how a category gets defined, this is the role.

What You'll Do

This is a full-cycle sales role at a company where the playbook is still being written — you'll close deals and help build the system at the same time. The scope will grow as we do.

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract.

  • Convert a fast-growing pipeline into long-term partnerships with law firm leaders.

  • Build trusted relationships with managing partners, firm owners, and ops leads who are rethinking how their practices run.

  • Shape Finch's GTM motion by feeding deal learnings directly into messaging, process, and product.

  • Represent Finch at legal tech events and conferences as the category grows.

Who We Have in Mind

This role demands someone who closes with confidence and builds without a net. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Must-Haves
  • 4–7 years in a closing sales or BD role with a track record of exceeding quota.

  • Experience owning a full sales cycle end-to-end.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple buyer types.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.

  • Familiarity with the legal industry or selling into professional services firms.

This Role Might Not Be For You If
  • You do your best work with an established playbook and mature sales infrastructure.

  • You'd rather execute within a defined system than help build one.

Benefits
  • 100% coverage for health, dental, and vision.

  • 401(k) retirement plan.

  • In-office snacks, drinks, and daily team lunches and dinners.

  • Flexible PTO (we trust you to take the time you need).

Interview Process
  1. Intro: An initial call to see if there's a mutual fit.

  2. Interview: An interview that typically involves a case assignment of sorts.

  3. Onsite: A visit to our NYC office to interview, meet the team, and have lunch.

At Finch Legal, we believe in practicing what we advocate.

As a company dedicated to upholding justice and protecting people in the workplace, we are equally committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment within our own walls. We welcome and support individuals from all backgrounds and lived experiences — regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or veteran status.

We recognize that diversity strengthens our team, enriches our perspectives, and empowers us to better serve our clients and communities. At Finch Legal, inclusion isn’t just a value — it’s a practice.
