StubHub's seeking for a strategic Account Manager to drive growth and business development for key accounts. This role involves building client relationships, negotiating new and existing business, developing growth strategies, and developing opportunities for cross/upsell.

What You'll Do: 

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and fostering long-term partnerships. 
  • Client Retention & Satisfaction: Understand and anticipate client needs, goals, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction through ongoing support and engagement. 
  • Issue Resolution & Objection Handling: Address client concerns, resolve problems quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. 
  • Market & Industry Awareness: Staying informed about our competitors and the market as well as being able to do thorough competitive analysis.  
  • Feedback: Gathering and analyzing feedback on how clients' accounts are performing to enhance product development and the customer experience.

What You've Done: 

  • Education - Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing preferred.  
  • Experience - 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C account management, retention, and relationship management 
  • Being able to act as a main point of contact and advocate for clients while also maintaining what’s best for the business 
  • Be as proactive as possible in supporting and identifying potential issues before they become problems and working to resolve them proactively. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
  • Manage and track account’s performances to be able to see if there is any room left for improving the warmth of that account and how it can be transferred over to our sales team to potentially upsell/cross sell with certain clients  
  • Working cross functionally with our team of sales executives on these accounts to provide both support and opportunities for account growth 
  • Detailed notes and reporting completed on our CRM (Salesforce) to create a complete view of the customer's history, needs, and interactions to help maintain continuity in the customer experience.

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
