THE HIGH LEVEL

We’re looking for a proven enterprise sales leader who knows how to build trusted executive relationships, uncover complex business challenges, and turn them into meaningful growth. 

As a Senior Account Manager, Commercial Enterprise, you’ll own and grow strategic enterprise accounts while pursuing high value new opportunities and expanding Iron Bow’s footprint across the commercial market.  This is an opportunity for an accomplished seller who brings strong customer relationships, a history of delivering significant gross profit, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.  You’ll have the breadth of Iron Bow’s technology portfolio, engineering expertise, services capabilities, and strategic OEM partnerships behind you – giving you the resources to solve complex customer challenges and build long-term profitable relationships.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Own, develop and grow strategic enterprise customer relationships
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and technology leaders, aligning solutions to their desired outcomes
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive profitable growth, expansion and net-new opportunities
  • Identify whitespace withing existing accounts and build relationships across new buying centers
  • Pursue and develop new enterprise customers and strategic opportunities
  • Deliver integrated technology solutions and professional services across networking, data center & cloud, collaboration & workplace innovation, cybersecurity, and data & AI
  • Lead complex enterprise pursuits from opportunity identification through solution development and close
  • Partner with Engineering, CTO, Service Delivery, Marketing and Strategic Alliances to develop differentiated customer solutions
  • Leverage your strong relationships with OEM and technology partners to expand relevance and influence within your accounts
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue and gross profit objectives

SKILLS THAT DRIVE SUCCESS

  • Proven success selling complex technology solutions and services into large commercial enterprise accounts
  • A consistent track record of generating $2M+ is annual gross profit
  • Ability to engage and grow revenues within existing strategic accounts while developing net-new account business relationships and opportunities
  • Experience successfully selling across multiple solution architectural areas such as: Networking, Cybersecurity, Collaboration & Workspace Innovation, Data Center & Cloud, AI & Data, and professional or manages services
  • Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and lead extended account teams
  • Strong existing relationships with OEM and technology partners and the ability to leverage those them to create quantifiable customer value
  • Experience selling and managing complex professional services engagements, including advisory, integration and managed services
  • Strong business acumen with ability to align technology investments to measurable business outcomes
  • A creative, consultative and entrepreneurial sales approach with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into sustainable growth
  • A collaborative mindset and demonstrated ability to bring internal teams, partners, and customers together to deliver successful outcomes

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position prefers candidates based in Washington, DC, Herndon, VA, New York, Charlotte, Atlanta or Philadelphia areas and requires 30-50% travel.

Compensation and Benefit Information: 

The initial annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000.  In addition to base salary, this role offers a competitive on-target earnings (OTE) structure, with strong upside potential tied to individual performance. Our compensation plans are designed to reward success, drive growth, and recognize the impact our sales teams make in the market.
