The Opportunity:
As an Account Manager at PureSpectrum, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This is a great opportunity to join the Client team and contribute to the company's success. This role will report to a senior leader on the Client organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
- Understand clients' market research objectives and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and services, collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze client performance and satisfaction, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles, with a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the market research and insights industry.
- Ability to work standard business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (ET)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to clients' needs and provide effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Right to live and work without sponsorship in Singapore
