Key Responsibilities
Drive Full-Cycle Sales: Own and execute the complete sales workflow from prospecting and outreach to platform demonstrations and deal closing.
Convert Qualified Pipeline: Actively follow up on high-potential opportunities, engaging key decision-makers across mid-sized and enterprise organisations.
Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain strong external connections while collaborating internally with market analysts and product teams to optimize solutions for new clients.
Deliver Consistent Revenue: Hit and exceed annual growth and quota targets by maintaining a healthy, predictable pipeline.
Maintain Forecast Discipline: Manage accurate sales activity, pipeline hygiene, and revenue forecasts within the CRM.
Shape Strategy & Process: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Kpler’s go-to-market strategies, sales processes, and messaging within the maritime and commodities domains.
Experience & Background
Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated experience driving new business, generating original prospects, and closing deals within SaaS, technology, data, or intelligence solutions.
Commercial Expertise: Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills with the ability to navigate complex client needs and organizational structures.
Autonomous & Motivated: Highly self-disciplined mindset with the adaptability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Collaborative Spirit: Strong team-first attitude focused on long-term commercial goals and shared organizational success.
Nice-to-havesDomain Knowledge: Direct sales or account management experience within the Energy, Commodities, Maritime, or Financial Services sectors.
