About LoopMe

LoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world’s leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We’ve grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we’re building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

The opportunity

We are looking for a client-focused and commercially driven Account Manager to drive customer success, retention, and account growth across a portfolio of advertisers and agencies. You will own your portfolio of accounts and act as a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring campaigns deliver against objectives while identifying opportunities to expand the value LoopMe provides. You will report to a Sr. Account Lead and partner closely with Sales, Campaign Operations, Product, Data Science, and other specialist teams to deliver exceptional service and long-term growth.

What you’ll do

•       Manage day-to-day relationships across your active account portfolio

•       Own campaign delivery, ensuring performance aligns with client objectives

•       Provide strategic insights, campaign analysis, and recommendations to clients

•       Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities using campaign results

•       Partner with Sales and Account Leads on retention and account growth initiatives

•       Lead campaign kick-off calls and post-campaign reviews

•       Coordinate campaign project management with Campaign Operations and Creative Services

•       Escalate client needs — product gaps, supply issues, third-party partnership requests — to the Director of Account Management

Requirements

What you’ll bring

Essential:

•       2–3+ years in a client services role within digital advertising

•       Demonstrated success in client retention and account growth

•       Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

•       Strong attention to detail with interest in campaign analytics

•       Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Nice to have:

•       Experience managing programmatic revenue (e.g. agency trading desk, DSP, or SSP)

•       Familiarity with ad agency organisation and workflows

•       Exposure to ad operations and troubleshooting

Experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT)

Benefits

What we offer

  • Hybrid working — Tues–Thurs in our Union Square office
  • Self-managed vacation (no maximum)
  • 1 month work-from-anywhere
  • Healthcare
  • 401k
  • Summer Fridays (half-day Fridays, Memorial Day through Labor Day)
  • LoopMe Gives Back
  • Learning & development support, including internal mobility and bi-annual promotion cycles

Compensation

$75,000 - $110,000

The range provided is LoopMe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, awarded based on company and individual performance. LoopMe also offers other compensation depending on the role, such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
