Who We Are

adMarketplace is the largest global marketplace for Native Search advertising. For over 25 years, we’ve connected brands with consumers at the moment they express commercial intent beyond legacy search engines.
Today, our Native Search solutions are exclusively integrated across next-generation platforms where discovery happens, including web browsers, Buy Now Pay Later apps, and AI chat surfaces. Powered by vector search technology, our platform delivers relevant text and product ads that match consumers with the brands, products, and offers they’re actively seeking.
Our award-winning culture is grounded in the principles of Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment, and Competitiveness – our 5Cs. These values drive us to turn complexity into clarity and create measurable value for consumers, advertisers, and publishers alike.

The Role

As an Account Manager at adMarketplace, you'll own a portfolio of enterprise advertisers and be responsible for growing those relationships by identifying new opportunities to increase investment and drive measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality who enjoys selling but prefers growing existing client relationships over prospecting for net-new business.

You'll partner closely with advertisers to understand their business goals, analyze campaign performance, and develop data-driven recommendations that help them achieve stronger results while expanding their investment with adMarketplace. Success in this role comes from thinking proactively, challenging conventional approaches, and identifying opportunities clients may not have considered on their own.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise advertisers with responsibility for driving revenue growth across existing partnerships.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase advertiser investment by introducing new solutions, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.

  • Build compelling, data-driven business cases that demonstrate the value of expanding investment with adMarketplace.

  • Take a consultative, challenger approach to client conversations by uncovering opportunities clients may not recognize on their own.

  • Develop account growth strategies that align advertiser business objectives with adMarketplace's solutions and performance capabilities.

  • Lead strategic business reviews that showcase campaign performance, identify whitespace opportunities, and drive future investment.

  • Partner closely with Campaign Management, Product, and Sales to bring new ideas, products, and opportunities to your clients.

  • Monitor campaign performance and market trends to proactively identify revenue opportunities and optimize account growth.

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across client organizations to expand adMarketplace's footprint within each account.

  • Maintain an active pipeline of growth opportunities, accurately forecast revenue, and consistently work toward individual growth targets.

Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising, adtech, media, SaaS, or another customer-facing commercial role.

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, account expansion, or consultative selling within an existing book of business.

  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market client relationships with ownership of revenue, growth, or commercial performance goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify whitespace opportunities, build business cases, and influence clients to increase investment.

  • Experience using performance data and market insights to develop strategic recommendations that drive business growth.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and key digital advertising metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, conversion rate, and customer acquisition.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Highly proactive, commercially driven, and motivated by achieving growth targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of execution.

*Compensation Range: $90,000-$105,000 + Commission & Equity
