Who We Are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

About the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to lead AI-native growth across your specialty pod in the US. You'll build strategic relationships with executive-level decision-makers, understand complex clinical and operational needs, and drive adoption of Heidi's agentic workflows to produce measurable outcomes for the practices you own.

This is a quota-carrying, consultative sales role: you will diagnose friction in a customer's workflow, build the business case for the agent that solves it, and own the relationship all the way through renewal.

You'll need sharp commercial instincts and the technical range to guide a customer through implementations that carry clinical complexity.

What you'll do
  • Build lasting strategic, consultative relationships with executives in your specialty pod, working to deeply understand their business

  • Own seat expansion and multi-product agentic upsell across your book - Use your knowledge of the customer and the healthcare industry to spot where an agent can change their outcomes, and build the case for it

  • Become fluent in Heidi's full product suite, its technical nuances, upcoming roadmap, and best practices, so you can point each customer to the right solution

  • Pair with Clinical Engineers to turn a customer's business requirements into a working technical implementation

  • Own renewals above your pod's contract-value threshold, driving retention, and multi-year contracts.

  • Monitor usage and credit consumption patterns, proactively addressing underutilization to protect and grow the account

  • Forecast expansion pipeline accurately, backed by frequent customer touchpoints and clean data

What we're looking for
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a commercial or account management role, ideally across both seat-based and usage-based (credit-consuming) models

  • Deep clinical understanding, or the ability to earn it fast. You need to be credible in the room with clinicians, not just executives. Healthcare or health tech experience, a plus

  • Exceptional product intuition and a track record of rapidly adopting, championing, and extracting value from modern SaaS and AI technologies. Excels at mastering new tools quickly

  • Experience delivering a business case that lands with a C-suite buyer

  • Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans

  • Great at making complicated things easy to understand

  • You’re a natural relationship builder with a hunter mentality

  • You’re a cross-functional collaborator - you represent the customer internally with ease and can reign in cross functional teams to solve complex issues

  • Sound judgment and the willingness to build your own solution when there isn't a playbook yet
