  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, relaying feedback and market requirements to Product, Support, and Executive teams.

Strategic Market Execution

  • Recommend new Symphony applications, automated workflows, and integrations to solve specific enterprise communication and compliance challenges.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to position Symphony's solutions effectively against competing tools.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of account management playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and client engagement models.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience in Account Management in FinTech, Financial Services, or Enterprise SaaS.
  • Consistent history of hitting or exceeding expansion quotas and delivering tangible revenue growth from an existing client base.
  • Demonstrated success navigating and growing global, matrixed enterprise accounts with complex procurement and decision-making structures.
  • Superior executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders, lead complex commercial negotiations, and close high-value renewals.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics (NRR, ARR, churn), enterprise software models, and secure enterprise technology integration.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional client experience through a value-driven, consultative selling approach.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $130,000 - 180,000 base salary per year
  • Sales Commission Plan
