Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, quick-cycle sales environment and enjoys both inside and outside sales activities. You’ll play a key role in expanding market presence, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client relationships within assigned territory

  • Conduct both inside and outside sales activities

  • Drive new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking

  • Manage a quick sales cycle from lead generation to close

  • Provide consultative sales support around equipment rental solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline

Sales Focus

  • Equipment rentals and related services

  • Direct customer engagement and account development

  • Territory outreach including Reach DMV region (DC, Maryland, Virginia)

  • Hybrid work environment with flexibility (no fixed schedule structure)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience (construction, equipment rental, or related industry preferred)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

  • Comfortable with cold calling and developing new business

  • Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts
