As an Account Supervisor on the FINN Midwest Digital Team, you will serve as the strategic and operational lead for influencer programs across clients. You own the day-to-day from shaping strategy and leading client communications to managing creator partnerships, campaign execution, and performance analysis. You’re confident driving programs independently, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in social, digital, paid, and PR to ensure influencer work is both impactful and integrated.

You’re someone who blends creative thinking with operational rigor, leads with clarity and calm, and stays plugged into culture across internet trends and platform shifts, to how real people behave online. You understand how influencer fits into the broader social landscape and use insights, data, and tools to push ideas that feel fresh, relevant, and built to win attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • As the go-to strategic lead in the influencer and creator space, you proactively recommend ideas, flag potential risks, and confidently navigate feedback while offering smart, actionable solutions. ​​​​​
  • ​​​​​​​Lead influencer programs from end to end, delivering them on time, on budget, and to a high standard across sourcing, briefs, content, contracts, and reporting.
  • Secure high-quality, on-brand influencer partnerships that align with client goals and audience behavior. 
  • Develop influencer strategies, own creator shortlists, manage negotiations, and guide deliverables to ensure content is compelling, authentic, and results-driven.
  • Continue to build strong relationships with creators, managers, and platform reps, stay ahead of platform updates, FTC/usage guidelines, and content trends and bring fresh ideas to clients that tap into what’s relevant right now. 
  • Showcase how to connect cultural moments to brand stories, and how to make influencer work feel timely and social-first.
  • Manage multiple workstreams confidently, balancing execution with oversight, and ensure that client communications, creator timelines, and deliverables remain on track. 
  • Lead client calls related to influencer from strategy and campaign sell-ins to performance recaps and integrate influencer thinking into broader social and digital conversations. Shape the direction of the work in addition to the executional areas.
  • Support agency new business by vetting influencer scopes, building pitch strategy, and presenting smart, culturally aware recommendations
  • Lead junior team members clearly and constructively. You delegate thoughtfully, support their growth, and set high standards for work, communication, and professionalism. Consistently provide in the moment feedback.


Qualifications

  • 4-6 years in an agency setting focusing on end-to-end influencer marketing and creator execution
  • Experience using social analytics and influencer tools (e.g., Meltwater, Sprout), and leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to enhance strategy.
  • Deep fluency in internet culture, platform shifts, social trends, FTC guidelines, and affiliate tools (e.g., LTK, ShopMy, Impact).
  • Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills; comfortable and polished leading client calls on camera.
  • Proactive, organized, and culturally tuned-in with a passion for helping clients "win the internet."

Salary range is $70,000-75,000. The salary will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience and dependent upon the workplace.
