You'll conduct fieldwork, prepare workpapers to support your conclusions, discuss findings with client management, and develop clear, professional reports in various formats. Additionally, you’ll advise clients on enhancing internal controls, interpreting and applying new accounting standards, and assessing financial and operational risk.

At Crowe, we empower you to take risks, challenge yourself in specialized areas of consulting & technology, and generate solutions that impact the firm and your professional growth. Crowe cultivates a creative corporate culture where you will have the opportunity to share your ideas and knowledge with clients from your very first day with the firm.

  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive both independently and in team setting

  • Willingness to travel, with travel expectations varying by role

Education:

We’re looking for college seniors or graduate students graduating within the next year who are on the CPA track, pursuing degrees in Accounting, Business, or Economics or a related field and are eager to launch a career in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. These values define who we are. We expect all of our people to act ethically and with integrity at all times.
