Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in supporting global accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial results across multiple accounting areas. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across domestic and international teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve journal entries across major accounting areas to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP
  • Participate in and help drive monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
  • Review intercompany transactions and balances; ensure timely and accurate eliminations across global entities
  • Analyze and reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve discrepancies with subsidiaries
  • Review inventory-related activity, including inventory, in-transit, and reserves
  • Partner with division leaders on financial matters including inventory markdowns and accrued returns
  • Review general accounting activities, including account reconciliations and variance analyses
  • Support audit processes and provide documentation; assist tax team with schedules and data

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • CPA preferred
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Experience with intercompany accounting and eliminations required
  • Experience in inventory and/or cost accounting preferred
  • Experience in a multi-entity, global environment preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP systems required (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne a plus)
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

The pay range for this position is: $135,000 - $155,000 per year.
