About the Role
We’re looking for a channel-savvy, performance-oriented Acquisition Manager to lead growth across both B2C and B2B paid media and partner channels. You’ll manage a portfolio of acquisition channels—including Google, Meta, affiliate networks, and lead marketplaces—focused not just on driving volume, but on acquiring high-value, efficient users.
You’ll play a strategic role in evolving our performance engine toward stronger ARPU, ROAS, and CAC discipline—while also helping map the customer journey, drive B2B collaboration, and align partner campaigns with revenue outcomes.
What You’ll Own
1. Paid Media Execution – Optimizing for Value, Not Just Volume
Launch and manage campaigns across a wide set of channels to support both consumer and enterprise acquisition goals.
Design performance strategies that prioritize profitability, not just CAC or volume—with clear goals around ROAS, payback period, and margin.
Continuously identify efficiency unlocks in bidding, targeting, or creative that support ARPU growth
Actively manage against oversaturation risks by rebalancing spend toward high-performing audiences and platforms.
Keep spend tightly aligned to targets, while holding CAC accountable to value.
2. Customer Journey Mapping & Optimization
Map the customer journey across acquisition channels, identifying drop-off points, friction, and audience-specific conversion behaviors.
Partner with Product Marketing and Analytics to turn journey insights into smarter targeting, funnel logic, and messaging decisions.
Inform segmentation, creative variants, and bid strategies based on journey stage and value tier.
3. Channel Optimization & Reporting
Monitor performance regularly and lead iterative testing to improve outcomes across channels and partner types.
Partner with Analytics to understand full-funnel quality—including funded rates, ARPU lift, and retention.
Deliver reporting and insights that guide cross-channel spend decisions and strategic roadmap development.
4. Affiliate & Partnership Channel Management
Own acquisition performance across affiliate networks, lead marketplaces, comparison platforms, and direct partner relationships.
Source, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners. Optimize for payout structure, lead quality, and funded loan efficiency.
Ensure partner tracking, compliance, and payout accuracy in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
What You Bring
5+ years in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing—spanning both B2C and B2B environments.
Experience with platforms such as Google, Meta, Apple, Impact, Partnerize, GA4, and Looker Studio.
Deep understanding of direct response principles, partner management, and sales-aligned demand generation.
Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset; proven ability to translate insights into action.
Strategic fluency in full-funnel performance marketing—across acquisition, retargeting, and re-engagement loops.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, especially across sales, compliance, and analytics.
