This 6 week contract is 100% onsite in New York City.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of highly confidential administrative duties, including, but not limited to managing and maintaining calendars; screening, referring and handling internal and external phone and email inquiries; proof-reading documents, prioritizing, and distributing confidential and sensitive mail; preparing, reviewing, and editing correspondence; preparing expense documents for approval process; process authorization forms, memos and other miscellaneous duties as necessary.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple calendars
· Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
· Demonstrated ability to utilize and prioritize work assignments, work independently with minimal supervision, and handle various tasks simultaneously in a timely and competent manner
· Demonstrated experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information
· Demonstrated knowledge of timekeeping process
· Excellent administrative skills (including thorough follow-up procedures)
· Demonstrated ability to write, proofread, and edit correspondence for executive managements signature
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
DESIRE:
· Experience in Peoplesoft and/or SAP
