Join the Risk Management department. This role supports the Head of Enterprise Risk Management, the Head of Enterprise Resilience, and their teams. The position combines executive support, team coordination, and operational execution. The successful candidate will help leaders manage priorities, coordinate activities across teams, and ensure the smooth execution of business and administrative processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and resourceful. They anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
What You'll Do:
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics, proactively balancing competing priorities and resolving conflicts
• Coordinate committee meetings, team meetings, department events, offsites, and other key activities
• Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports accurately and efficiently
• Support planning and other recurring departmental activities
• Partner with leaders and team members to track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Assist with preparation and formatting of presentations, reports, and executive communications
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology to improve team effectiveness
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
What You'll Bring:
• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a corporate environment
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization
• Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience leveraging AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and productivity
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience supporting multiple executives or leadership teams
• Prior experience in financial services, insurance, risk management, resilience, audit, compliance, or a related function
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $60,500-$86,000
Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
