As an Administrative Assistant at Rebecca Schools, you will play a key role in supporting enrollment, record management, and daily front office operations while helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and student-centered environment.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Comfort handling confidential student and family information

  • Basic computer skills, including databases, scanning, and document management

  • Professional communication skills with staff, families, and external partners

What You'll Do

  • Maintain organized filing systems for student records, legal documents, and reports

  • Support student enrollment by preparing applications, contracts, and welcome materials

  • Update and manage data in Education Edge and related tracking tools

  • Coordinate tours, confirmations, mailings, and information requests with schools and providers

  • Provide front office coverage and clerical support while maintaining a safe environment for students

  • Be able to work M-F 7:45am-4:00pm
