The Difference You Will Make:

Airbnb is seeking an Administrative Business Partner to join the Design team. This role will report to the Director of Design, and is a full-time remote position. With so much going on in so many places, we need an experienced organizational and administrative professional to join the team.

A Typical Day: 

  • Provide administrative support to multiple Design leaders. This includes calendar management, travel and expense management, meeting preparation, and coordinating office access. Act as a thought partner to lead and strategically align leader calendar with their priorities
  • Work alongside and partner closely with the Executive Business Partner to the VP of Design on ​tasks and projects, as needed
  • Coordinate and participate in team events, culture, and recognition moments
  • Manage and track purchase orders 
  • Build effective relationships across the Administrative Community and with other teams across Airbnb as necessary

Your Expertise: 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including supporting a team in an administrative capacity
  • Ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, while exercising discretion and sound judgement
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver on priorities 
  • Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn and encouraging
  • Strong prioritization, multitasking and time management skills
  • Acute attention to detail and follow through, high-level of organization

Your Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. How We'll Take Care of You:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
