Administrative Specialist - Client Services

JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Administrative Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout their certification journey with UL Solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and maintain customer accounts and project information.
• Review, organize, and analyze customer documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Contact customers to request missing information and follow up on project requirements.
• Open and maintain customer projects within multiple internal systems.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding project status, invoicing, certifications, and general service requests.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information within CRM systems.
• Support customer retention through excellent service and proactive communication.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and help deliver a positive customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, account administration, administrative operations, document control, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documents and data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
• Professional maturity and a desire for long-term career growth.
