Job Description

The Role:

Have you been waiting for the right opportunity to break into the cannabis industry as a team player? We’re seeking highly organized, energetic, self-starters who enjoy customer service and can handle a variety of administrative and project management tasks in a dynamic work environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle high volume scheduling of travel and personal calendars
  • Prepare agendas, travel itineraries and materials for conferences, trade shows and social events
  • Serve as liaison with key vendors and suppliers
  • Assist members of various departments in projects and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as support staff to executives within a rapidly-paced, fast-growing company
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
  • Able to adapt to changing job requirements
  • Adherence to deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency, ability to define priorities, and unfailing attention to detail
  • Emotional intelligence, discretion, flexible work style, excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization with the ability to inspire others to achieve a common objective
  • Must be able to work autonomously and be a natural self-motivator
  • Must be a Google Apps (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.) whiz. Bonus points for experience with an expense management system
