Job Summary

Position title: Manager, Sales Operations & Growth Enablement


Job Summary: Intention Healthcare, part of the Essen Health Care network, is seeking a Sales Operations & Growth Enablement Manager to support and scale our Growth organization. This role serves as the operational engine behind sales and account management—ensuring contracts, commissions, pipeline reporting, documentation, and client-facing materials are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time.


This is a highly visible role that partners closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment where precision and follow-through matter.

Responsibilities

Sales & Growth Operations

· Own end-to-end sales and account operational workflows from opportunity through contract execution

· Manage contracting processes, including preparation, coordination, execution, tracking, and filing

· Oversee commission tracking and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness

· Maintain Salesforce CRM records, pipeline reporting, and data integrity


Documentation & Process Management

· Prepare, proofread, and format contracts, proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials

· Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders to support timely contract execution

· Manage document control, versioning, and secure storage

· Maintain standardized, approved templates for sales and marketing materials

· Coordinate electronic signatures via DocuSign or equivalent platforms


Executive & Cross-Functional Support

· Provide operational and administrative support to the CSO and Growth leadership

· Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure initiatives move forward

· Serve as a central point of coordination between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing


Client & Internal Stakeholder Support

· Support client communications and account-related requests with professionalism and urgency

· Ensure a high-quality experience for both internal teams and external partners

Qualifications

Qualifications


Education

· Bachelor’s degree required (business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred)

Experience

· 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, account administration, or executive support

· Proven experience supporting senior leadership and managing multiple priorities

· Experience in healthcare or regulated environments strongly preferred

Technical Skills

· Salesforce CRM (required)

· Microsoft Office Suite (advanced proficiency)

· DocuSign or equivalent contract management tools

· Experience with commission processing and contract workflows

Core Competencies

· Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail

· Proactive, accountable, and drives work to completion

· Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments

· Strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset

· Able to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality


Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in non-facility or population health programs

· Knowledge of NYC/Bronx healthcare regulatory environment

· Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar preferred

· Experience supporting multi-site or multi-program healthcare organizations
