About the work
Our client is building a library of real-world professional workflow recordings focused on video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro. Contributors record their screens and narrate as they edit raw footage into finished videos. This includes cutting social videos, color matching across cameras, cleaning up audio, generating captions, and exporting for different platforms.

We are looking for experienced Video Editors who use Adobe Premiere Pro as their primary editing tool to review these recordings. You’ll check that each one is accurate, realistic, and meets professional standards before it goes to the client.

Responsibilities

  • Review screen-recorded Premiere Pro workflows submitted by other editors

  • Verify that the editing techniques shown are correct and reflect real professional practice

  • Check that narration is clear, accurate, and matches the actions on screen

  • Assess the quality of key workflows: cutting and pacing, color matching (Lumetri Color), audio cleanup (Essential Sound, levels, noise reduction), captioning, and export settings

  • Flag errors, shortcuts, or unrealistic steps, and give clear written feedback to contributors

  • Confirm each recording meets the project guidelines and deliverable requirements

  • Log review outcomes and feedback in the project tracker

  • Meet review turnaround times so contributor submissions keep moving

Example review task
A contributor submits a recording where they cut raw footage into a vertical social video, color match two cameras, clean up dialogue, add captions, and export for Reels. You’ll watch the full recording, confirm each step is done correctly and narrated clearly, note any issues (for example, wrong export settings for the platform or color mismatch left unresolved), and either approve it or send it back with specific feedback.

Required experience

  • Currently working as a Video Editor, Video Producer, Post-Production Specialist, or similar role

  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro as your primary editing tool

  • 3+ years of professional video editing experience

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of cutting, color correction, audio cleanup, captioning, and export workflows

  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to spot technical mistakes quickly

  • Able to write clear, constructive feedback in English

  • Based in the Philippines

Nice to have

  • Prior experience reviewing, mentoring, or QA-ing other editors’ work

  • Experience with short-form content for social platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn)

  • Familiarity with After Effects, Audition, or Media Encoder

  • Prior experience with data annotation, content review, or AI training projects
