As an Applied AI Senior Associate, within the Advanced Applied AI Team, you will play a pivotal role in utilizing GenAI technologies to develop impactful solutions and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to explore and apply GenAI models to address complex business challenges. You will also oversee the design, conducting research, creating prototypes, demonstrating concepts, and assisting in the implementation and optimization of AI-driven projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven projects, focusing on the application of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to solve complex business challenges.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to explore and apply GenAI models, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct research, create prototypes, and demonstrate concepts to stakeholders, showcasing the potential of AI solutions.
Oversee the data processing and machine learning model building processes, ensuring high-quality implementation and integration.
Develop and maintain systematic approaches to problem-solving, leveraging both technical and non-technical skills.
Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to diverse audiences, tailoring presentations to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder relationships, translating business and technical requirements into comprehensive data science technical requirements with clearly defined scopes.
Utilize project management skills to identify key tasks, understand task inter-dependencies, and estimate task complexity to derive reasonable execution timelines.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or any STEM field, or equivalent experience; Proven experience in designing and implementing GenAI or AI/ML solutions within a large enterprise, with a background in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, methodologies, and industry trends, with a focus on GenAI.
Proficiency in data processing techniques, as well as building and implementing ML model or GenAI application.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply systematic approaches to complex challenges.
Competent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable data science solutions and ability to collaborate across various teams and departments, fostering a cooperative and innovative work environment.
Enthusiasm for acquiring new Generative AI skills and staying informed about industry advancements and trends.
Basic understanding of project management principles, including task identification, inter-dependency analysis, and complexity estimation to ensure timely project execution.
