ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes and improve product quality.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Electrical and or Mechanical Engineer
- 6+ years’ of manufacturing engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Aerospace electronics experience and have an understanding of Defense products for both OEM and aftermarket
- Experience with data analysis tools and manufacturing software to identify process improvements and implement corrective actions

- Master’s degree or higher in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing manufacturing projects
