Today, our Native Search solutions are exclusively integrated across next-generation platforms where discovery happens, including web browsers, Buy Now Pay Later apps, and AI chat surfaces. Powered by vector search technology, our platform delivers relevant text and product ads that match consumers with the brands, products, and offers they’re actively seeking.
Our award-winning culture is grounded in the principles of Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment, and Competitiveness – our 5Cs. These values drive us to turn complexity into clarity and create measurable value for consumers, advertisers, and publishers alike.

  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with retail KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, AOV, and conversion rate

  • Leverage data and insights to identify trends in consumer behavior, seasonality, and product performance

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts

  • Identify opportunities tied to retail moments (e.g., peak seasons, promotions, product launches) to scale performance

  • Guide clients through strategic decision-making using data-backed insights and a challenger/consultative approach

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), translating performance data into clear insights and forward-looking strategies

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including executive-level clients

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Campaign Management to ensure seamless execution and alignment

  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing, retail vertical insights, and best practices

Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of account management experience, ideally with enterprise retail or eCommerce clients in digital advertising

  • Proven track record of driving account growth through upselling and strategic account management

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action

  • Experience working with performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, AOV, and conversion rate

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual

  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels, including executives

  • Strategic thinker comfortable solving complex business challenges quickly and creatively

  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong ownership and sense of urgency

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Bachelor’s degree required
