The Licensing & Registration Analyst plays a key role in helping Agents across the country become properly licensed and appointed to sell our products. This position supports Agents by answering questions about licensing requirements, guiding them through necessary steps, and processing their requests accurately within our systems. Working within a pod-based team structure, the analyst handles a range of tasks-including licensing, appointments, and registrations-to ensure Agents are set up for success and fully prepared to write business compliantly.

Shift Information
This is a full-time onsite position Monday through Friday. Candidates should be flexible to work any 7.5-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000
Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
Please note: This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.

What You'll Do:
- Process renewal appointments by reviewing documentation and ensuring accurate, timely submissions.
- Manage non-resident licensing renewals for agents in accordance with state regulations.
- Process new non-resident appointment requests, validating applicant credentials and regulatory eligibility.
- Handle initial State Security license requests, coordinating with state agencies and maintaining compliance records.
- Process SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) registration requests with precise data entry and tracking.
- Answer Agents' questions related to the licensing and registration process via incoming phone calls, emails and virtual meetings.
- Assist with in-person responsibilities to provide the support required of the Agents and Agency Managers within the General Office.
What You'll Bring:
Required Skills
- The ideal candidate should have 2 or more years of customer service and administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively
Preferred Skills
- Associates, or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
